Town of CBS Adoption Policy

Looking for a pet?  The Town of CBS now has a policy to cover the transaction.
The town will not charge for an adoption but it will require that the animal be spayed or neutered at the adoptees expense.  And the Town will not make any cat or dog under the age of 6 weeks available [...]

MPSH Animal Rights Group Presentation
