Ruff-Spots Animal Welfare Foundation provides money to animal shelters and rescues across Newfoundland and Labrador to spay and neuter their adoptable animals.We also promote spay/neuter education to the general public and to the province’s youth by providing spay/neuter handouts, classroom presentations, etc. to ensure that we are all aware of the pet overpopulation problem in our province and how we can all work together to stop it.
